Google Pushes Blogs to Organic Results Page 1!

Just Because You are Running a Blog
And “Play” with Proper Keywords
You Can Get Google Page 1!!

I was absolutely shocked to see this today, even decided to make a screenshot to make sure my eyes don’t fail me – they don’t.

Google PUSHES the search results from its official service called Google Blog Search to the 1st page of organic results!

For you to understand the importance of this news, let me give one real case example…

Today I was checking one of the keywords in Google, and I saw that Google inserted into organic listing of sites that rank well for that keyword its “Blog posts about…” section. Check the screenshot for the details.

This “Blog posts about…” is nothing but a selection of top blogs that Google has chosen for this keyword.

And this means that…

Just thanks to running a blog, making a post about necessary keyword (with keyword being used in URL, meta title, meta description and body of the post), and by making this blog reputable for Google with the help of quality backlinks (this is where Free Traffic System can help you) – you can get to page 1 even faster then expected.

Of course, that would not be a traditional organic listing where the user sees title, description and URL of your site. But this is still great – you still have high chances to catch some targeted traffic on page 1.

I am not sure if this is just a one time test or the beginning of a new trend for the display of results with Google – we will see.

But this is definitely a tip that all Free Traffic System users should know and add to their list of SEO tips to use.

P.S. If you don’t have blog and need a help in building one for you – hire Free Traffic System team to build a blog. Send email to manager [at] freetrafficsystem.com with subject line “Build me a blog” and we will send you the price list. we can do everything – from a simple standard blog to a network of posh looking blogs.

This is an interesting development. Thanks for giving us a heads up about the Google Blogsearch results. Will keep an eye on it to see how it evolves. This can be really helpful in the long run.

    Answer to Gary B. Garagnon

Go to this page http://freetrafficsystem.com/registration and submit the registration form.

Side note: better do not use AOL or Hotmail email addresses, because these services in their best attempts to block spam are actually blocking a lot more than necessary, and you will not be able to receive automatic email from Free Traffic System with the membership activation link.

About creating backlinks – once you are a member, you login to the members area and can submit articles. 1 article = up to 60 one way links.

Plus, you get bonus backlinks from posts of all people whom you refer to Free Traffic System as affiliate – more details about how many bonus backlinks you are getting on this page http://www.freetrafficsystem.com/affiliate-program/

Does it make a difference if it is a WordPress blog or one that uses Google’s Blogger?

I already have a WordPress Blog integrated in to my ecommerce site. I currently use my blog (www.my_ecommerce_site.com/blog)to publish news and announcements about the products I sell on my ecommerce site (www.my_ecommerce_site.com)

What is the best way for me to capitalise on the SEO technique with my blog.

    Answer to James,

At the moment we are just for WP.

When it comes down to monetizing this membership, there are plenty of ways:

    (1) Your blog is part of the site and you are selling something on the site. You can push the site or the blog on your site to nice positions in Google (for the targeted keywords in your niche) and turn that into sales/signups/leads on your site.

    (2) We recently published a short guide about how to make extra money with our membership here http://www.freetrafficsystem.com/grow-1-turnkey-site-to-100-or-1000-asset/

    (3) Running your own SEO service and charge money for building backlinks to people. As here you can do it for free, any price that you offer is going to be 100% profit to you.

  9. Roger said on February 20th, 2009 10:29 pm

Are these articles submitted to the comment section of these blogs?

If so, why a complete article and not a blurb?

Also, why are you doing this for free?

    Thanks.

No doubt Mr. Giant Google always make changes. Some times for better and some times for worse. This time fortunately is for better. Good investigation work.

    Answer to Roger.

A bulk of great questions from, Roger, and it is a pleasure to answer them.

Are these articles submitted to the comment section of these blogs? If so, why a complete article and not a blurb?

Because for you, as for link builder, in terms of SEO it is much better to get backlinks from inside a huge piece of relevant text. You bribe Google with big piece of new information.

That is why, our vision is – no matter how many times Google changes its algo, Google will never fight against the people who create big bulks of new and useful info. Thus, your backlinks become a long term asset.

Also, why are you doing this for free?

Because we want this service to be very popular and want to gather as many active bloggers under our umbrella as possible.

Surely we plan monetize this service. We plan offering our own SEO services (you will soon see that the section of Special Offers seriously changes and gets lots of new offers). We plan to promote some blogging tools on the base of users.

But the service itself will remain free – because free = expansion. Especially during the recession times.

the question remains how many links with the same anchor text does that page have in order to reach that page

  13. Admin said on February 23rd, 2009 6:52 am

    Comment to workfromhome mom

    Absolutely correct.

But the number of “how many inbound links any web page has” will remain a mystery as long as Google exists. Otherwise this will all turn into the game of numbers, predictable numbers.

Jack with his site has 333 backlinks, ok I need 334.

This will become a serious loophole. Google understands that and is smart enough to not show this.

Thanx 4 the great info. This is really exciting especially if your sole purpose is to monetize your blog and make some coin.

  16. Gerry Irwin said on March 6th, 2009 4:07 am

If an individual has many Adsense Sites and matching blogs, how would you recommend linking them so they help each other?

  17. Admin said on March 9th, 2009 4:18 pm

    Answer to Gerry Irwin

I do not think that it makes sense to interlink these sites, because you can be punished for interlinking. There is no direct proof that Google considers interlinking to be a link cheating, but many people got into problems because of this.

Better build backlinks from the blogs in our system to your sites. Individually. That would be the safest thing in terms of SEO.

    And be happy!
