You can do the calculations yourself. And for the sake of example let’s get back to the same calculations of XYZ site that has $400 valued monthly traffic.
In rent-a-traffic model you pay 75% from the official monthly value price, then for XYZ site you should pay $400 x 75% = $300 per month.
At the same moment if you are buying this site completely (not on a monthly rent basis), you can get it for $2,000 or, maybe, even cheaper and use it LIFETIME.
