Ok, now that you know about the prizes – we can talk about the rules. Please study them carefully, it is important.

Rule #1
The contest runs from Feb 9th 2010 till March 12th 2010. So, logically, we will be calculating the people whom you refer only during this period of time.

Rule #2
We will be calculating referrals both on the 1st and 2nd tier of your downline. This equals the chances of affiliates with “fat” mailing lists with the people who do not have these lists, but can heat up a cool affiliate to come into FTS and this affiliate will grow your 2nd tier like crazy.

Rule #3
To prevent the contest from the cheaters who can add tons of their own emails under their affiliate links, we will be calculating ONLY those FREE members in your downline (1st and 2nd tiers of the downline) who EITHER make, at least, one successful article submission (it means the article is not only submitted, but also approved) OR who add, at least, one successful blog. During the timeframe of Feb 9th 2010 till March 12th 2010.

Rule #4

The information in this post will help you to make sure that you are not getting into one of the 3 typical traps that a portion of Free Traffic System users is getting.

This post is not for you if Free Traffic System – through its 3 weeks of existence – already pushed your site to Google top 10 for the necessary keywords. But if you do not see yourself on the 1st page, please pay special attention to the info below.

Mistake #1 – Waiting for the Better Weather

Some people always wait for something. They are not lazy, they are not shy, they are not stupid – but for a reason they need a nice (beg your pardon) kick into the butt to start going for their success.

We are not going to kick anybody. You are absolutely free to do or not to do anything you wish. But very soon you will get jealous, because those who are not waiting and started to build backlinks in FTS are getting good results. We are preparing the new proofs with fresh FTS users who are right on track to their lovely page 1 in Google.

Mistake #2 – Targeting Wrong Keywords

This mistake was explained in details in this post on our blog – Dumb and Dumber in Keyword Research.

If you target wrong keywords, all your link building energy is wasted and effect is close to zero.
