That does not mean that the rest 83 referrals do not give Jenifer any credit. Maybe in future they will start submitting content (and give Jenifer bonus backlinks) or they will become PRO members (and will give Jenifer residual income of affiliate commissions). But for this very contest she will be calculated to have only 17 people in the downline, because they have submitted over 3 articles by the moment of PRO version release.

That is why if YOU bring only 50 people on 2 tiers, but out of these 50 people 23 will submit content (over 3 articles) – then you have better result than Jenifer for this contest.
